White Wine Mussels
Ingredients
- 1 kg Mussel, washed
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 Celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 Fresh chili, sliced
- 3 Tbsp White wine
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Gluten-Free
- 2 Scallion, sliced
Directions
- 1 In a pot over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, chili pepper and sauté for 2 mins.
- 2 Add mussels and white wine. Cook for 3 mins stirring often (mussels will start opening).
- 3 Add water and Sempio Gluten-free Soy Sauce. Simmer for 10 mins, covered.
- 4 Serve sprinkled with chopped scallions.
