White Wine Mussels

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Mussel, washed
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 Celery stalk, sliced
  • 1/2 Fresh chili, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp White wine
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Gluten-Free
  • 2 Scallion, sliced

Directions

  • 1 In a pot over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, chili pepper and sauté for 2 mins.
  • 2 Add mussels and white wine. Cook for 3 mins stirring often (mussels will start opening).
  • 3 Add water and Sempio Gluten-free Soy Sauce. Simmer for 10 mins, covered.
  • 4 Serve sprinkled with chopped scallions.
