Umami Rich Vegetable Soup
- 1/2 Leek, sliced
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 1/2 Onion, diced
- 1/2 Cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1/2 gal. Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Gluten-Free
- Black pepper
- Fresh herbs
In a large pot over medium heat, add vegetables and water and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low and slowly simmer for 45 mins.
Strain vegetable broth through a sieve, reserving vegetables to eat separately.
Add broth back to pot.
Stir in Sempio Gluten-free Soy Sauce right before serving.
Serve with freshly crushed black pepper and fresh herbs, if you like.
