Ddeok Kalbi
Ingredients
- 300 g Beef
- 5 Tbsp Kalbi Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Directions
- 1 Chop the meat into very small pieces (Ground meat is optional).
- 2 Marinate chopped meat with Kalbi Sauce and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, then shape the meat in a round patty form.
- 3 Heat a large saute pan over high heat, drizzle oil, and sear the patties on both sides before covering the top and reducing the heat to low.
- 4 Continue to cook the patties on low until they are fully cooked.

- 1 Garnish with cooked Ddeok Kalbi, chopped chives, and sesame seeds.
