Grilled pork with soy sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Yondu
- 2 ring Pineapple (canned)
- 1/4 ea Lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 300 g Pork neck
Directions
- 1 Pat dry the pork with paper towel and make shallow cuts.
- 2 Mix pork neck with Yondu, Vegetable Essence, and half of the prepared sauce.
- 3 Drizzle olive oil on a heated pan and cook the meat over medium heat.
Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Jin S
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (canned)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Rice wine
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 5 clove Garlic
- 10 g Ginger
- 1 stalk Green onion
Directions
- 1 Crush garlic cloves with the side of the knife, cut green onion and ginger into four pieces, and heat them with the soy sauce in a saucepan.
- 2 When the sauce has reduced to almost half, remove the saucepan from the heat and let sit.
Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1/3 ea Onion
- 1/4 ea Zucchini
- 1/3 ea Eggplant
- 1/4 ea Red paprika
Directions
- 1 Cut the onion into rings and cut the zucchini and eggplant into bite-size chunks.
- 2 Sauté the vegetables first, and then the pineapple rings.
- 3 In a small mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the remaining sauce and the juice from a lemon.

- 2 Drizzle the soy sauce over the meat to taste.
