Shrimp & Chickpea Stew
Ingredients
- 12 Shrimp, peeled
- 1 Leek, sliced
- 1 can Chickpeas, drained
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 500ml Water
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Gluten-Free
Directions
- 1 In a pot over medium heat add oil, leeks and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- 2 Add shrimp, Sempio Gluten-free Soy Sauce and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
- 3 Add water, chickpeas and simmer for 10 mins.
TIP
When serving, you can sprinkle chopped parsley or cilantro and/or add a squeeze of lemon juice.
