  • 10 leaf Napa cabbage (Green Part)
  • 2 Tbsp Yondu, Light
  • 4 cup (800ml) Water

Directions

  • 1 In boiling water, cook the Napa cabbage leaves for about 30 sec to 1 min, or until tender.
  • 2 Shock them in ice water, drain, and pat dry.
  • 3 Sprinkle Yondu over Napa leaves and toss well.

  • 1 Combine rice, SamJang, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • 2 Shape the rice mix into small bite-sized balls.

  • 2 Roll the Napa leaves into a round shape, covering the rice ball.
