Ingredients
- 10 leaf Napa cabbage (Green Part)
- 2 Tbsp Yondu, Light
- 4 cup (800ml) Water
Directions
- 1 In boiling water, cook the Napa cabbage leaves for about 30 sec to 1 min, or until tender.
- 2 Shock them in ice water, drain, and pat dry.
- 3 Sprinkle Yondu over Napa leaves and toss well.
Bap
Ingredients
- 2 ea Cooked rice bowl
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Ssamjang, Korean Soybean Dipping Paste
- 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
Directions
- 1 Combine rice, SamJang, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- 2 Shape the rice mix into small bite-sized balls.
