Korean Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 300g Salmon
- 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 Onion, sliced
- 10 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp Gochujang with Lemon, Korean Chili Sauce, Gluten-Free
Directions
- 1 In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and gently toss until Sempio Gochujang with Lemon evenly coats all the ingredients.
TIP
Squeeze some lime juice on top right before serving for more citrus.
Top with chopped chives and cilantro for more flavor.
