Gochujang Cream Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 slices (80g) Bacon, cut into stripes
- 1/4 (50g) Onion, chopped
- 4 oz (120g) Penne pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup (120g) Cream
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang, Korean Chili Paste, Gluten-Free
- Parsley (optional)
Directions
- 1 Add bacon and onion to a skillet, sauté for 5 mins over medium heat.
- 2 Add cooked pasta to the skillet, stir-in cream and Gochujang and cook for 1 more min.
- 3 Sprinkle some parsley (optional).
TIP
Use the same creamy Gochujang sauce over white rice, backed potatoes or grilled chicken.
