- 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Oil-free Vinaigrette
- Crushed red pepper and chives (optional)
- 1 Soak the sliced cabbage and onion in cold water for 15 mins to preserve the crispy texture.
- 2 Sieve the water out completely.
- 3 Put the drained vegetables on a plate and generously drizzle Sempio Oil-free Vinaigrette and serve.
