A sweet and tangy coleslaw, perfect as an accompaniment for BBQ.

Fat-free Coleslaw


  • 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Oil-free Vinaigrette
  • Crushed red pepper and chives (optional)


  • 1 Soak the sliced cabbage and onion in cold water for 15 mins to preserve the crispy texture.
  • 2 Sieve the water out completely.
  • 3 Put the drained vegetables on a plate and generously drizzle Sempio Oil-free Vinaigrette and serve.
