- 200 g Pollock fillet
- 1 ea Egg
- small amount Flour(all-purpose flour)
- 1 Tbsp (15g) Vegetable Essence, Yondu Light
- 1 Use a paper towel to remove water from the pollock fillet. Add Yondu, Light.
- 2 Coat the sliced pollock fillet with flour.
- 3 Beat an egg and use it to cover the fillet.
- 4 Fry the fillet on a heated pan until it is cooked.
- 1 Drain the excess fat on a paper towel.
