kimci & bacon bokkeumbap
Ingredients
- 210 g Steamed rice
- 100 g Kimchi juice
- 10 cm Scallion
- 1/6 ea Green bell pepper
- 1/6 ea Red bell pepper
- 40 g Bacon
- 10 g Grapeseed oil
- 10 g Seasoned
Soy Sauce for Stir-fry - 4g Sesame oil
- 1 pinch Natural Fine Sea Salt
- 2 pinch Black pepper
Directions
- 1 Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and squeeze Kimchi to drain.
- 2 Season Kimchi with Hangshin Sauce, then Stir-fry.
- 3 Sauté bacon until light golden brown, then add Kimchi and Yondu mixture, and continue to stir-fry.
- 4 Add grapeseed oil. Sauté scallion, bell pepper, and red bell pepper first, then add rice. Continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- 5 To finish the dish, drizzle sesame oil and add salt and black pepper to taste.
