Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and squeeze Kimchi to drain.
Season Kimchi with Hangshin Sauce, then Stir-fry.
Sauté bacon until light golden brown, then add Kimchi and Yondu mixture, and continue to stir-fry.
Add grapeseed oil. Sauté scallion, bell pepper, and red bell pepper first, then add rice. Continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are well mixed.
To finish the dish, drizzle sesame oil and add salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish cooked Kimci & Bacon Bokkeumbap with chopped chives and sesame seeds.
