Bajirak Kal-guksu
Ingredients
- 200 g Little neck clams
- 2 bundle (300g) Wheat Noodles, Thick Square
- 1 1/2 Tbsp(15g) Soup Base,
Anchovy & Kelp - 1/5 ea (60g) Zucchini
- 1/12 ea (20g) Carrot
- 6 1/2 cup Water
Directions
- 1 Clean little neck clams by soaking them in salt water.
- 2 Cut carrot and zucchini at an angle.
- 3 In a medium pot over a high heat, add water, clams, and Soup Base, Anchovy & Kelp.
- 4 Once it comes to a boil, add carrot, zucchini and noodles.

- 1 clove (4g) Minced garlic
- 1/8 ea (30g) Onion
- 1 ea (10g) Red pepper
- 2 g Natural Fine Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Directions
- 1 Julienne onion and red pepper.
- 2 Once the noodles are cooked, add garlic, onion, red pepper, and season with salt and pepper.
