Tomato & Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Lettuce, chopped
  • 150 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Fresh corn
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Oil-free Vinaigrette

Directions

  • 1 Boil corn for 3 mins, drain and rinse with cold water to cool down. Remove kernels and reserve.
  • 2 Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and drizzle the Sempio Oil-free Vinaigrette.
  • 3 Toss well and serve.
