Tomato & Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 Lettuce, chopped
 - 150 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1 Fresh corn
 - 1 Avocado, diced
 - 1/2 Red onion, sliced
 - 2 Tbsp Oil-free Vinaigrette
 
Directions
- 1 Boil corn for 3 mins, drain and rinse with cold water to cool down. Remove kernels and reserve.
 - 2 Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and drizzle the Sempio Oil-free Vinaigrette.
 - 3 Toss well and serve.
