Pollack Pancake

Ingredients

  • 200 g Pollock fillet
  • 1 ea Egg
  • small amount Flour(all-purpose flour)
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Yondu, Light

Directions

  • 1 Use a paper towel to remove water from the pollock fillet. Add Yondu, Light.
  • 2 Coat the sliced pollock fillet with flour.
  • 3 Beat an egg and use it to cover the fillet.
  • 4 Fry the fillet on a heated pan until it is cooked.
