Salmon Steak with Kimchi Hot Sauce

  • 150g Salmon
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 100g Spinach
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 40g Kimchi Hot Sauce
  • 10g Grape seed oil
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper


  • 1 Remove the skin of salmon, prepare it, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • 2 Julienne the onions 0.5cm thick. Wash spinach clean and cut the end.
  • 3 Put the grape seed oil on the pan and add onion and spinach, stir-fry them and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4 In 175 ̊C oven, apply kimchi sauce to the salmon and bake for 15 minutes. (Put kimchi sauce on 5 minutes intervals and bake.)
  • 5 Put spinach and onion on a plate and put salmon to finish.
