Express Korean Bulgogi
Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Leek, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 0.5lb (220g) Beef steak, shaved
- 2 Tbsp Stir-fry Sauce
Directions
- 1 In a pan over high heat add oil, onion, carrot, leek and stir-fry for 3 mins.
- 2 Add shaved beef, stirring for 2 mins until almost cooked.
- 3 Add Sempio Stir-fry Sauce and cook until the sauce reduces and beef is fully cooked.
