Cut Charlotte into 4 pieces and cut red cabbage into bite-sized pieces. (Same size as mini cabbage).

Cut the minced cabbage in half.

Put the grape seed oil on the pan, stir-fry bacon and shallot, then add red cabbage and mini cabbage. Sprinkle with salt pepper, then cook until golden.
