Stir-fried Mini Cabbage with Kimchi Hot Sauce

  • 12ea Mini Cabbage
  • 30g Shallot
  • 1/8 Red Cabbage
  • 30g Bacon
  • 10g Grape Seed Oil
  • 100g Kimchi Hot Sauce
  • A pinch of Salt
  • A pinch of Pepper


  • 1 Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.
  • 2 Cut Charlotte into 4 pieces and cut red cabbage into bite-sized pieces. (Same size as mini cabbage).
  • 3 Cut the minced cabbage in half.
  • 4 Put the grape seed oil on the pan, stir-fry bacon and shallot, then add red cabbage and mini cabbage. Sprinkle with salt pepper, then cook until golden.
  • 5 Add kimchi sauce and stir-fry them until the vegetable is golden.
  • 6 Put it on a plate to finish.
