For the Lettuce
Ingredients
- 2 head Lettuce
- 5 g Extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- 1 Wash both lettuce heads and drain well.
- 2 Cut them in half and grill with a dash of olive oil until they are lightly browned on each side.
For the Yondu, Light(Jang Sauce)
Ingredients
- 100 ml Water
- 1.5 g Xanthan gum
- 150 g Yondu, Light
Directions
- 1 In a mixing bowl, add water, Yondu, Light(Jang Sauce), and xanthan gum and whisk until a smooth and uniform sauce is obtained.
Presentaion
Ingredients
- Fleur de sel
- 1g Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- 1 Serve the lettuce on a plate for presentation and dress generously with the Yondu, Light(Jang Sauce) mixture.
- 2 Finalize the dish with some flakes of Fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper.
