Sempio Stir-fry Sauce adds a rich, delicious flavor to the dish even without meat!

Stir-fried Udon with Vegetables


  • 150g Udon noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 50g Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Small Red onion, sliced
  • 50g Snow peas (mange tout)
  • 2 Tbsp Stir-fry Sauce
  • Spring onion, chopped


  • 1 Cook the noodles following package instructions(about 3 mins), strain then rinse, and reserve.
  • 2 In a pan over high heat, add oil and stir-fry all the vegetables. Try not to overcrowd or stir too much; stir-fry in two batches if necessary.
  • 3 Once the vegetables are cooked, add the reserved noodles and Sempio Stir-fry Sauce to the pan. Cook on high for 1 min, stirring frequently.
  • 4 Sprinkle some chopped spring onions.
