Squid Salad
Ingredients
- 200g Squid, fresh
- 1/2 Red onion, sliced
- 4 Coriander springs
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang with Lemon
Directions
- 1 In a pot over high heat, boil water and blanch squid for 3 mins. Drain, cool down and cut squid into thin slices.
- 2 Soak the red onion in cold water for 10 mins to get rid of the spicy flavor.
- 3 In a bowl, combine squid, onion and Sempio Gochujang with Lemon and toss well. Add coriander leaves before serving.
TIP
You can use shrimps or clams instead of squid.
