Sautéed Shrimp
Ingredients
- 20 ea Shrimp
- 1/2 ea Green bell pepper
- 1/2 ea Red bell pepper
- 1/2 ea Onion
- 1/2 ea Scallion
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions
- 1 Rinse and devein the shrimp, removing the heads and tails.
- 2 Cut onion and bell peppers into bite-size pieces and finely chop scallions.
- 3 Cover the shrimp with the sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 4 In a large sauté pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté vegetables.
- 5 Add the marinated shrimp and cook until ready

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Gochujang, Korean Chili Paste
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Natural Fine Sea Salt
Directions
- 1 In a small mixing bowl, combine GochuJang, sugar, olive oil (3Tbsp), garlic, and scallion; mix well.
