BBQ Pork
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork
- 2 Tbsp Rose cooking wine
- 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
- Honey
Directions
- 1 Rinse the pork and slice about ½-inch thick.
- 2 Add the rose cooking wine and brown sugar then marinate for 15 minutes.
- 3 Add the Soy Bean Paste and marinate the dish for 3 hours.
- 4 Pour ½ cup of water into the baking tray, place the marinated pork on a rack, place the tray in a 375◦F (190◦C) pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- 5 Remove the tray and move the pork to the grill; continue to cook the pork for another 20 minutes.
- 6 Spread honey on both sides, bake for 3 minutes, then remove from the oven and cut the pork into pieces.
Soy Bean Paste sauce
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Soybean Paste, Regular
- 2 Tbsp Gochujang, Korean Chili Paste
- 1/2 tsp Natural Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Shallot (chopped)
Directions
- 1 Combine sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
