Bibimbap

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl (200g) Short grain rice, cooked
  • 60 g Spinach
  • 50 g Ground beef
  • 3 ea Shiitake mushrooms, raw
  • 1 ea Egg
  • 1/4 ea Zucchini
  • 1/4 ea Onion
  • 1/6 ea Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Grape seed oil
  • 1 pinch Natural Fine Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

  • 1 Julienne shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, onion, and carrot.
  • 2 In a medium sauté pan over medium to high heat, drizzle grape seed oil and sauté vegetables, spinach, and ground meat; season with salt and black pepper.
  • 3 Once cooked, let cool on a plate.
  • 4 Cook the egg sunny-side-up style.

  • 1 Plate a bowl of rice, topped with a sunny side up egg, sautéed vegetables, sautéed meat, Gochujang, and sesame oil. Mix well.
TIP The left-over pieces can be used for preparing tuna broth.
