Korean Soy Sauce Egg & Rice


  • 100 g Cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 2 tsp Gluten-free Soy Sauce
  • (optional) Sesame seeds and chopped spring onions


  • 1 Split rice into two bowls and add a tbsp of butter on top of each.
  • 2 In a small pan, add oil and fry eggs sunny side up.
  • 3 Place the egg over rice and finish with soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onion.
