Korean Soy Sauce Egg & Rice
- 100 g Cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 50 ml Oil
- 2 tsp Gluten-free Soy Sauce
- (optional) Sesame seeds and chopped spring onions
- 1 Split rice into two bowls and add a tbsp of butter on top of each.
- 2 In a small pan, add oil and fry eggs sunny side up.
- 3 Place the egg over rice and finish with soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onion.
