Gochujang Cream Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 slices (80g) Bacon, cut into stripes
  • 1/4 (50g) Onion, chopped
  • 4 oz (120g) Penne pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang Gluten Free
  • Parsley (optional)

Directions

  • 1 Add bacon and onion to a skillet, sauté for 5 mins over medium heat.
  • 2 Add cooked pasta to the skillet, stir-in cream and Gochujang and cook for 1 more min.
  • 3 Sprinkle some parsley (optional).
TIP Use the same creamy Gochujang sauce over white rice, backed potatoes or grilled chicken.
