  • 1 In a pot over high heat, boil water and blanch squid for 3 mins. Drain, cool down and cut squid into thin slices.
  • 2 Soak the red onion in cold water for 10 mins to get rid of the spicy flavor.
  • 3 In a bowl, combine squid, onion and Sempio Gochujang with Lemon and toss well. Add coriander leaves before serving.
TIP You can use shrimps or clams instead of squid.
