- 150g Salmon
- 1/4 Onion
- 100g Spinach
- 1/2 Lemon
- 40g Kimchi Hot Sauce
- 10g Grape seed oil
- A pinch of Salt
- A pinch of Pepper
Remove the skin of salmon, prepare it, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
Julienne the onions 0.5cm thick. Wash spinach clean and cut the end.
Put the grape seed oil on the pan and add onion and spinach, stir-fry them and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In 175 ̊C oven, apply kimchi sauce to the salmon and bake for 15 minutes. (Put kimchi sauce on 5 minutes intervals and bake.)
Put spinach and onion on a plate and put salmon to finish.
