Savory Ssamjang Taco
- 300g Ground beef
- 1/4 Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 4 Tbsp Ssamjang, Korean Soybean Dipping Paste, Gluten-Free
- 1/8 Romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 Cucumber, diced
- 2 Tbsp Sour cream
- 6 Flour Tortilla
- (Optional) Fresh chili and cilantro, sliced
- 1 In a pan over high heat, add oil, ground beef and onion, then cook for 5 mins.
- 2 Reduce heat to low, stir-in Ssamjang and cook for 1 more min.
- 3 Assemble the ground beef, shredded lettuce, cucumber, and Ssamjang in each tortilla. Top with sour cream, chili and cilantro.
