Beef Steak with Kimchi Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200g Beef Tenderloin
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 4ea Mushroom
  • 60g Broccoli
  • 1/6 Red Paprika
  • 20g Small Green Onion
  • 150g Kimchi Sauce
  • A pinch of Salt (for Marinade)
  • A pinch of Pepper (for Marinade)

Directions

  • 1 Remove the blood from beef tenderloin and cut it into 3x3cm pieces, then marinade salt and pepper.
  • 2 Cut the scallions into 3cm long pieces and cut the onion and red paprika into 3x3cm pieces. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces (same size as paprika and onion).
  • 3 Cut mushroom into 4 pieces.
  • 4 Put the grape seed oil on a pan and stir-fry the beef until it is golden brown, then stir-fry the vegetables.
  • 5 Add kimchi sauce to prepared cut mushroom and stir-fry until the sauce is soaked
