- 200g Beef Tenderloin
- 1/4 Onion
- 4ea Mushroom
- 60g Broccoli
- 1/6 Red Paprika
- 20g Small Green Onion
- 150g Kimchi Sauce
- A pinch of Salt (for Marinade)
- A pinch of Pepper (for Marinade)
Remove the blood from beef tenderloin and cut it into 3x3cm pieces, then marinade salt and pepper.
Cut the scallions into 3cm long pieces and cut the onion and red paprika into 3x3cm pieces. Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces (same size as paprika and onion).
Cut mushroom into 4 pieces.
Put the grape seed oil on a pan and stir-fry the beef until it is golden brown, then stir-fry the vegetables.
Add kimchi sauce to prepared cut mushroom and stir-fry until the sauce is soaked
