Grilled pork with soy sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp Yondu
  • 2 ring Pineapple (canned)
  • 1/4 ea Lemon
  • 1-2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 g Pork neck

Directions

  • 1 Pat dry the pork with paper towel and make shallow cuts.
  • 2 Mix pork neck with Yondu, Vegetable Essence, and half of the prepared sauce.
  • 3 Drizzle olive oil on a heated pan and cook the meat over medium heat.

Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Jin S
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice (canned)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Rice wine
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 5 clove Garlic
  • 10 g Ginger
  • 1 stalk Green onion

Directions

  • 1 Crush garlic cloves with the side of the knife, cut green onion and ginger into four pieces, and heat them with the soy sauce in a saucepan.
  • 2 When the sauce has reduced to almost half, remove the saucepan from the heat and let sit.

Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/3 ea Onion
  • 1/4 ea Zucchini
  • 1/3 ea Eggplant
  • 1/4 ea Red paprika

Directions

  • 1 Cut the onion into rings and cut the zucchini and eggplant into bite-size chunks.
  • 2 Sauté the vegetables first, and then the pineapple rings.
  • 3 In a small mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the remaining sauce and the juice from a lemon.

  • 1 Put pineapple, sautéed vegetable salad, and sautéed pork neck on a platter.
  • 2 Drizzle the soy sauce over the meat to taste.
