- 2 lb Pork
- 2 Tbsp Rose cooking wine
- 3 Tbsp Brown sugar
Rinse the pork and slice about ½-inch thick.
Add the rose cooking wine and brown sugar then marinate for 15 minutes.
Add the Soy Bean Paste and marinate the dish for 3 hours.
Pour ½ cup of water into the baking tray, place the marinated pork on a rack, place the tray in a 375◦F (190◦C) pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the tray and move the pork to the grill; continue to cook the pork for another 20 minutes.
Spread honey on both sides, bake for 3 minutes, then remove from the oven and cut the pork into pieces.

Combine sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
