Clean little neck clams by soaking them in salt water.
Cut carrot and zucchini at an angle.
In a medium pot over a high heat, add water, clams, and Soup Base, Anchovy & Kelp.
Once it comes to a boil, add carrot, zucchini and noodles.
- 1 clove (4g) Minced garlic
- 1/8 ea (30g) Onion
- 1 ea (10g) Red pepper
- 2 g Fine Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Julienne onion and red pepper.
Once the noodles are cooked, add garlic, onion, red pepper, and season with salt and pepper.
