- 200 g Beef (rib-eye)
- 1/3 ea (100g) Onion
- 30 g Button mushroom
- 30 g Green bell pepper
- 30 g Red bell pepper
Cut onion and peppers in 1-inch square pieces and cut mushroom into 6 to 8 pieces.
Cut beef into bite-size pieces.
Marinate steak in Yondu.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
In a hot sauté pan over high heat, drizzle olive oil, and sauté steak and onions.
Add mushrooms, then bell peppers and sauce. mix well and serve
