- 800 g Whole chicken cut into smaller pieces
- 1 ea Potato
- 1/3 ea Sscallion
- 30 g Sweet potato noodles, soaked in water
- 1 ea Jalapeno
- 1 pack Andong Chicken Simmer Sauce
- 2/3 cup (150ml) Water
Cut potato into 2-inch thick pieces then julienne scallion and jalapeno.
Soak sweet potato noodles in warm water.
In a large pot, combine chicken, sauce, and water; bring up to a boil and lower the heat to medium low. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add the potato and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add sweet potato noodles and boil them down with the sauce for about 15 to 20 minutes before adding the jalapeno and scallion.
Garnish cooked Sweet and Spicy Braised Chicken with chopped sesame seeds and peppers.
