Ingredients

  • 800 g Whole chicken cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 ea Potato
  • 1/3 ea Sscallion
  • 30 g Sweet potato noodles, soaked in water
  • 1 ea Jalapeno
  • 1 pack Andong Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 2/3 cup (150ml) Water

Directions

  • 1 Cut potato into 2-inch thick pieces then julienne scallion and jalapeno.
  • 2 Soak sweet potato noodles in warm water.
  • 3 In a large pot, combine chicken, sauce, and water; bring up to a boil and lower the heat to medium low. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • 4 Add the potato and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • 5 Add sweet potato noodles and boil them down with the sauce for about 15 to 20 minutes before adding the jalapeno and scallion.
