- 20 ea Shrimp
- 1/2 ea Green bell pepper
- 1/2 ea Red bell pepper
- 1/2 ea Onion
- 1/2 ea Scallion
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Rinse and devein the shrimp, removing the heads and tails.
Cut onion and bell peppers into bite-size pieces and finely chop scallions.
Cover the shrimp with the sauce and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté vegetables.
Add the marinated shrimp and cook until ready
In a small mixing bowl, combine GochuJang, sugar, olive oil (3Tbsp), garlic, and scallion; mix well.
