  • 1 Cut all vegetables into bite-sized pieces and squeeze Kimchi to drain.
  • 2 Season Kimchi with Hangshin Sauce, then Stir-fry.
  • 3 Sauté bacon until light golden brown, then add Kimchi and Yondu mixture, and continue to stir-fry.
  • 4 Add grapeseed oil. Sauté scallion, bell pepper, and red bell pepper first, then add rice. Continue to stir-fry until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • 5 To finish the dish, drizzle sesame oil and add salt and black pepper to taste.
